The BCCI has revised the IPL 2026 schedule, swapping the fixtures for the Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings, set for April 26 and May 21.
The April 26 afternoon match, previously scheduled in Ahmedabad, will now be held in Chennai at the MA Chidambaram Stadium. The game will begin at 03:30 PM IST.
The return fixture on May 21 has also been moved to a different venue. Chennai was set to host that evening’s game, but it will now be played in Ahmedabad at the Narendra Modi Stadium. The match will start at 07:30 PM IST.

Officials made the change due to municipal corporation elections across Ahmedabad and other parts of Gujarat on April 26, 2026.
