In response, Sunrisers Hyderabad came out all guns blazing despite losing Travis Head early for 6. Abhishek Sharma and Ishan Kishan then took charge with a blistering counterattack, stitching together a 132-run stand for the second wicket.

Abhishek hammered 57 off 29 balls, including 11 fours, while Kishan went even more aggressive, scoring 74 off 31 deliveries with 11 boundaries and three sixes. Their onslaught ensured SRH raced to 139/1 inside 9.5 overs, putting the chase firmly in their control.

After their dismissals, Heinrich Klaasen (29 off 24) and Nitish Kumar Reddy (36 off 18) kept the momentum intact, guiding SRH closer to the target. Despite a couple of late wickets, the required runs were comfortably chased down, with Salil Arora finishing things off as SRH reached 229/5 in 18.3 overs.

For Rajasthan, Jofra Archer and Brijesh Sharma picked up two wickets each, but the rest of the bowling unit struggled to contain SRH’s aggressive batting lineup.
