Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) secured a dramatic Super Over win against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in IPL 2026 on April 26 in Lucknow. Both teams finished level at 155.
KKR posted 155/7 in 20 overs after a poor start at around 30/5. Rinku Singh rescued the innings with 83 not out off 51, hitting 7 fours and 5 sixes. Cameron Green scored 34 off 21. Tim Seifert made 0 off 3, Ajinkya Rahane scored 10 off 15, and Rovman Powell managed 1 off 4. Mohsin Khan starred with the ball for LSG, taking 5/23 in 4 overs.
LSG replied with 155/8 in 20 overs. Rishabh Pant scored 42 off 38, while Aiden Markram added 31 off 27. Ayush Badoni made 24 off 19, and Himmat Singh scored 19 off 10. Mohammed Shami hit a six late to level the scores. Varun Chakravarthy picked 3 wickets, while Vaibhav Arora took 2.

In the Super Over, LSG managed 1/2 in 3 balls. Sunil Narine took 2 wickets. However, KKR chased 4/0 in 1 ball to win.
