LSG Shares ‘Unfiltered’ Video Of Rishabh Pant And Sanjiv Goenka To Reveal Real Truth

WATCH | Sanjiv Goenka’s Animated Chat With Rishabh Pant Goes Viral

LSG share an “unfiltered” video to clear the air after Sanjiv Goenka and Rishabh Pant’s animated chat went viral.

Following Lucknow Super Giants’ defeat against Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League 2026, a video showing an intense on-field conversation grabbed attention online. Skipper Rishabh Pant, head coach Justin Langer, and franchise owner Sanjiv Goenka were seen in what appeared to be a serious exchange after the match.

The moment quickly went viral, with fans drawing comparisons to Goenka’s previous animated discussion with KL Rahul back in 2024.

LSG Responds With “Unfiltered” Video

Amid the growing speculation, LSG shared a new clip on social media to present a different perspective of the same moment. The franchise showed Pant and Goenka sharing a lighter moment, suggesting that the earlier viral clip may have been misleading.

“Not everything you see is the true story. Here’s the unfiltered post-match vibes, when cameras don’t cut,” the post read.

Goenka also took to social media to back his team despite the loss.

“This is a long season, and moments like these are part of building something meaningful. I have full confidence in our captain and the team to respond with strength. To our fans, thank you for your support at Ekana today. We will come back stronger. The story of @LucknowIPL this season is far from written.”

Pant’s Role Still Uncertain in Batting Order

After the match, Pant addressed questions regarding his promotion to the opening slot, a move that did not work out as he scored just 7 runs before being run out.

“I think it’s a 50-50 call, but we’ll see. You’ll definitely see me in the top order,” Pant said after the match.

The decision to open with Pant reshuffled the batting order, pushing Aiden Markram to No. 3 despite his successful opening partnership last season. It also saw Nicholas Pooran move down the order, even after an outstanding previous season with the bat.

With LSG looking to bounce back, Pant’s batting position remains a key talking point going forward in IPL 2026.
