Mohsin Khan produced a historic performance in IPL 2026 on April 26 at Ekana Stadium. The 27-year-old became the first uncapped player to claim a five-wicket haul against the Kolkata Knight Riders.
He bowled the 2nd, 4th, 7th, and 11th overs and finished with 5/23 in 4 overs. Mohsin struck early by dismissing Tim Seifert for 0 off 3 balls. He then removed Ajinkya Rahane for 10 off 15. Rovman Powell fell for 1 off 4 in the 7th over. Cameron Green scored 34 off 21 before Mohsin dismissed him late. Anukul Roy also departed without scoring.

With this, Mohsin Khan became the first bowler to take a fifer in IPL 2026. He also became the third bowler overall to achieve this feat against KKR.

For Lucknow Super Giants, Mohsin became the 3rd bowler to take a five-wicket haul. Mark Wood earlier claimed 5/14 on April 1, 2023. Yash Thakur picked 5/30 in 3.5 overs on April 7, 2024.
