Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) have signed Sri Lankan pacer Dilshan Madushanka as a replacement for Brydon Carse for the rest of IPL 2026. Carse picked up an injury before the March 28 opener against Royal Challengers Bengaluru and did not play any of SRH’s 5 matches. He now will misse the entire season.
The IPL confirmed the move on Tuesday. Madushanka, 25, joins the squad for Rs 75 lakh. The left-arm pacer has played 1 Test, 28 ODIs and 19 T20Is for Sri Lanka and has taken 70 international wickets.
