"Arshdeep Singh Is Venomous": Adam Gilchrist Predicts Danger Ahead Of Australia T20Is

Arshdeep Singh shared a hilarious remark after Jasprit Bumrah completed his 100 T20I wickets on December 9.

Jasprit Bumrah became the second Indian to take 100 wickets in T20 Internationals on Tuesday and Arshdeep Singh hilariously described the feat with his comment. Notably, Bumrah achieved the feat during the first T20I against South Africa in Cuttack.

Bumrah dismissed Dewald Brevis to reach the milestone. He took his 101st wicket in the same over by removing Keshav Maharaj. The pacer now has 101 wickets in 81 T20I matches.

He is also the first Indian cricketer to claim at least 100 wickets in all three international formats. Left-arm seamer Arshdeep Singh was the first Indian to 100 T20I wickets, reaching the mark in September.

Arshdeep Singh’s Humorous Take on the Milestone

After the match, Arshdeep Singh congratulated Bumrah with a light-hearted comment. When asked if he would make a social media reel with Bumrah, Arshdeep gave a playful response.

In a clip shared by Star Sports, Arshdeep said, “Jassi bhai still needs to take some more wickets to feature on my Instagram (laughs). So if he keeps working on that and keeps taking wickets, he might feature on my Instagram as well.”
