Delhi Capitals’ 18-year-old Sahil Parakh was stretchered off after a face injury during practice and rushed to the hospital.

Delhi Capitals faced an injury scare during IPL 2026 after youngster Sahil Parakh got hit in practice. The 18-year-old suffered a blow to the face at Arun Jaitley Stadium.

The impact caused visible bleeding and required immediate medical attention. Support staff rushed to assist and placed him on a stretcher. He was later taken to the hospital in an ambulance for further treatment.

A video from the session showed medical staff attending to him and cleaning the wound. The clip quickly circulated across social media.
