With ₹15 lakh still left in their purse, the franchise focused on building stability across departments while ensuring a mix of power-hitting, quality pace, and reliable spin options under the leadership of Beth Mooney.

Retaining Ashleigh Gardner and Mooney gave the Giants a strong foundation. Gardner’s explosive all-round abilities and Mooney’s consistency at the top ensured Gujarat entered the auction with two proven match-winners already secured.
