India sealed a seven-wicket win over South Africa in the third T20I at Dharamshala on Sunday to move ahead 2-1 in the five-match series. Chasing a target of 118, the hosts reached 120 for 3 in 15.5 overs with ease.
Abhishek Sharma set the tone with a quick 35 from 18 balls, including three fours and three sixes. Shubman Gill made 28 runs off 28 deliveries. Tilak Varma stayed unbeaten on 25, while Shivam Dube finished the chase with the winning boundary, ending on 10 not out.

Earlier, South Africa suffered a batting collapse as India dismissed them for 117 in 20 overs in the first innings. India struck early after choosing to bowl first. Arshdeep Singh removed Reeza Hendricks for a duck in the first over. Harshit Rana then dismissed Quinton de Kock for 1. Varun Chakaravarthy broke the middle order by removing Marco Jansen and later Donovan Ferreira for 20 off 15 balls. Shivam Dube then dismissed Corbin Bosch for 4. Hardik Pandya took his 100th T20I wicket by removing Tristan Stubbs for 9. Kuldeep Yadav wrapped up the innings with the final two wickets, dismissing Anrich Nortje for 12 and Ottneil Baartman for 1.
