MS Dhoni is reportedly set to travel with the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) squad for their important IPL 2026 match against Lucknow Super Giants.
Chennai Super Kings legend MS Dhoni is expected to travel with the squad for the crucial IPL 2026 clash against Lucknow Super Giants on May 15 at the Ekana Stadium. The match carries massive importance for CSK, who still remain in contention for a playoff spot, while LSG have already dropped out of the race.
According to RevSportz, Dhoni will now likely join the travelling squad to Lucknow before their final home game against Sunrisers Hyderabad on May 18.

Dhoni has not played a single match this season because of a recurring calf injury. The veteran wicketkeeper-batter missed the opening phase of the tournament and only joined the team during selected away fixtures later in the campaign. He earlier travelled for matches against Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad, which triggered speculation about a possible return.
However, reports later claimed that Dhoni’s injury worsened during fitness training sessions. Sources also suggested that the former India captain preferred not to disturb CSK’s successful team combination after the side regained momentum in recent matches.
