Ricky Ponting Rates T20 World Cup 2026 Stars, Sanju Samson and Jasprit Bumrah Get 9.5

Ricky Ponting rated the top performers of the T20 World Cup 2026, giving England’s Will Jacks a perfect 10.

Former Australia captain Ricky Ponting rated the leading performers of the T20 World Cup 2026. England all-rounder Will Jacks received a perfect rating of 10 for his performances in the tournament.

Two Indian players followed closely in the rankings. Sanju Samson and Jasprit Bumrah both earned ratings of 9.5 out of 10. Samson delivered strong performances during the second half of the competition. His efforts helped him secure the Player of the Tournament award. Bumrah impressed with the ball throughout the campaign. The fast bowler ended as the joint-highest wicket-taker.

Tim Seifert and Sahibzada Farhan also featured among the top performers. Seifert received a rating of 9, while Farhan secured 9.5 for his performance.

In the tournament, India defeated New Zealand by 96 runs in the final. The match took place at the Narendra Modi Stadium on March 8. India successfully defended the title won in 2024. The win also made India the first team to win the T20 World Cup 3 times.
