The International Cricket Council has released a revised schedule for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026. The update follows Bangladesh’s removal from the tournament after the team declined to travel to India, citing security concerns.
Scotland has accepted an ICC invitation and will replace Bangladesh in the competition. They will feature in Group C alongside England, Italy, the West Indies, and Nepal. The group fixtures remain unchanged in terms of dates and venues.
Scotland will play the West Indies on February 7, Italy on February 9, and England on February 14 in Kolkata. The final group match against Nepal will take place in Mumbai on February 17.
The ICC confirmed that only the participating team has changed. Match timings, venues, and the rest of the tournament schedule remain the same.
