Here’s the complete list and full squad of UPW-W after the mega auction took place on November 27, 2025 at New Delhi.
The UP Warriorz emerged as one of the biggest headline-makers at the WPL 2026 mega auction, constructing a formidable squad built around leadership, all-round versatility and world-class bowling. With ₹15 lakh left in their purse, the franchise combined marquee signings with smart Right-To-Match (RTM) moves to assemble one of the most complete squads in the competition.
The Warriorz entered the auction with only Shweta Sehrawat retained, signalling a full rebuild. They quickly restored their core by using RTMs to bring back Deepti Sharma (₹3.2 crore), Sophie Ecclestone (₹85 lakh), Kiran Navgire (₹60 lakh) and Kranti Gaud (₹50 lakh). Deepti, their costliest acquisition, remains central to UP’s plans as an all-rounder and tactical leader, while Ecclestone’s world-class spin bolsters their attack.
The franchise made a massive statement by signing former Australia captain Meg Lanning for ₹1.90 crore, adding elite experience and a proven championship mindset to their top order. Young Australian sensation Phoebe Litchfield (₹1.20 crore) strengthens the batting group further, providing flair, consistency and long-term value.
