The right-hander looked set for a century but fell for 79 in the 17th over. Shubham Ranjane provided a late boost with aggressive hitting. USA finished at 196/6 in 20 overs.

The Netherlands needed a strong chase but lost Levitt in the second over to Kenjige. Max O’Dowd and Colin Ackermann got out inside the powerplay. Bas de Leede fell in the seventh over to Harmeet Singh.
Harmeet led the bowling charge with four wickets. The USA maintained pressure throughout the chase. The Netherlands collapsed for 103. The USA registered their first win of the T20 World Cup 2026 by 93 runs.
