The wicket arrived in the 12th over when Nicholas Pooran drilled a straight drive back at Mukesh Choudhary. The pacer got fingertips on the ball during his follow-through, and the deflection crashed into the stumps at the non-striker’s end. Marsh, who backed up too far, failed to return in time and walked back visibly disappointed after missing a deserved century by just 10 runs.
