Delhi Capitals have announced Pragati Singh and E. Srujana as replacements for injured players Deeya Yadav and Mamatha Madiwala for the remainder of WPL 2026. Both players joined the squad at a base price of Rs 10 lakh each. The announcement came on Friday ahead of a key phase of the season.

“The JSW and GMR co-owned Delhi Capitals today announced replacements for injured players Deeya Yadav and Mamatha Madiwala for the remainder of the TATA Women’s Premier League 2026. Pragati Singh and E Srujana have been signed as their respective replacements,” the official release read.

Pragati Singh is an all-rounder with experience across domestic and age-group levels. She has represented Punjab Women, India B Under-19 Women, and India E Women. E. Srujana previously served as a net bowler for Delhi Capitals and now earns a place in the match squad.

Sixteen-year-old Deeya Yadav made her WPL debut earlier this season against the Mumbai Indians in Vadodara. She became the youngest player to feature in WPL 2026.

Delhi Capitals face Royal Challengers Bengaluru on Saturday in Vadodara. Delhi sit fourth with two wins from five matches. RCB top the table with five wins and have secured a playoff berth.
