Cameron Green appeared frustrated after his dismissal during the second T20I as Pakistan dominated Australia to secure a comprehensive victory.
Cameron Green cut a frustrated figure following his dismissal off Usman Tariq’s bowling during the second T20I of the three-match series against Pakistan on January 31 at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. Green was Australia’s lone bright spot in the chase, scoring 35 off 20 balls, before being dismissed in the 11th over.
On the final delivery of the 11th over, Usman Tariq paused briefly in his run-up before delivering a full-length ball with a low release. Green attempted to clear the mid-off region but ended up slicing the ball off the outer edge. Shadab Khan, positioned at backward point, took a simple catch to bring an end to Green’s resistance.
As he walked back to the pavilion, Green appeared visibly unhappy with his dismissal and was seen imitating Tariq’s bowling action. Near the dugout, the Australian all-rounder continued to demonstrate the delivery to his teammates, clearly expressing his frustration at being deceived by the variation.
