Litchfield suffered an injury and took no further part in the tournament. She scored 243 runs from 6 matches before her exit.
Jones joins the team as a wicketkeeper-batter from England. She has played 125 T20Is and scored 1666 runs in the format. The franchise signed her for INR 50 lakh.

Meanwhile, UPW has had a horrendous run in this season. With only two wins in six matches, they have just four points. The franchise can reach eight points if they win the remaining two matches, but their playoff qualification depends on other results too.
