
The Pakistan Super League (PSL) confirmed a star-studded roadshow in New York to engage potential investors.
The Pakistan Super League (PSL) will host an investor roadshow in New York City on December 13. The event will feature national team players including captains Shan Masood and Salman Ali Agha.
This is the league’s second international roadshow after a similar event at Lord’s in London on December 7. The initiative aims to attract global investment ahead of an auction for two new franchises on January 6, 2026.
PSL In Engaging a Global Audience
In a statement, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) explained the strategy. “Following a successful Roadshow at Lord’s Cricket Ground in England on Sunday, 7 December, the HBL Pakistan Super League will hold its second international Roadshow in New York City, USA on Friday, 13 December. The event will begin at 4pm local time,” the announcement said.
“The New York Roadshow is part of the PCB’s global outreach strategy aimed at engaging with international investors ahead of the auction of two HBL PSL franchises, scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 6 January 2026. The initiative is designed to highlight the league’s commercial strength, global following and long-term growth potential.”
The confirmed player lineup includes Salman Ali Agha, Abrar Ahmed, Faheem Ashraf, Saim Ayub, Shan Masood, and Saud Shakeel. Former stars Wasim Akram and Ramiz Raja will also make special appearances.

The PSL, which began in 2016, is expanding from six to eight franchises for its upcoming eleventh season. This marks the league’s first major restructuring in seven years.
